where you are using Netscape and it gives you a message like "you need to be in a web browser window to submit this form" try these tips:
If you have a Mac, please look at this link:
www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/8d56.htm
If you have a Windows machine, please look at this link:
www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/78c6.htm
If you are seeing the form in a web page, you are set up correctly. If you are seeing the form in Acrobat Reader as a separate application from your web browser, take a look at the above BEFORE you try to fill out and submit the form, or you'll have to re-enter the data after you do.
Pay particular attention to the part about setting up Acrobat Reader as a plug-in...this should fix your problem. It is very simple and has fixed this problem for many other users.
